These are the events Anderson Lights of Hope operates each year in the Anderson / Pickens and Oconee area.  Without your support we would not be able to give our agencies the added support and tools they need to help the Children and Adults with mental and physical defects.

Text Box: On the first Saturday after Valentines Day each year, hundreds come out to Hartwell Lake near Clemson University to watch as daring individuals take the plunge into the icy waters. 2008 Polar Bear Jump has been cancelled due to low lake levels.

Text Box: The Family Challenge Bowling Tournament is an Anderson Lights of Hope fundraiser that will support the 2007 light display. Everyone is encouraged and invited to participate in the fun-fill tournament which will be held on Saturday, June 9th at Boulevard Lanes in Anderson, SC.

Family Challenge Bowling Tournament

“Light It Up” Poker run is an approximately 130 mile Motorcycle ride from Anderson SC, through the mountains of SC, Table Rock State Park, then  through Greenville and back to Anderson SC. The ride will be an all day event starting at 10:00am.

Text Box: Lights of Hope is a 7/10 of a mile drive through Christmas display located in Darwin Wright Park (Anderson beach) Darwin Wright Park is just off Liberty Highway in Anderson, SC.  All funds raised by Anderson Lights of Hope stay in these counties. Operated by an all volunteer staff.
