· August 2 Managers and Directors Meeting / Park Planning
· August 16 Board of Directors Meeting
· October 23—10 am Volunteer Training
· October 30 Trailers and Supplies arrive at Darwin Wright Park
· November 1 - 24 Set up days for Electricians, Decorations and Displays
· November 6, 13, 20 Volunteer Set Up Days 9:30 am to 4 pm Volunteers are asked to dress warmly. Lunch will be provided for those staying all day.
· November 23 & 24 Preview Nights - Park may not be open to public but lights will be visible from the Liberty Hwy Bridge. (Weather Permitting)
· 11/25 - /12 -25 Park Open to Public Nightly 5:30 pm until
· 12/26 9:30 am Begin taking down park. Volunteers are asked to dress warmly. Lunch will be provided for those staying all day. We will stop at 4:30 pm.
· 12/27 - 30 9:30 am Take Down and Clean Up Days. Lunch provided for those working all day. Dress warmly, and we will end our day at 4:30 pm.
· January 2010 - Check presentation date to be announced. |
